I am a licensed psychologist in full-time private practice, offering counseling and psychotherapy to children (age 10 and up), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I’m licensed to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and, for telehealth only, in Florida.

My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), also known as the parts model. IFS is an experiential method that focuses on relieving psychological symptoms, healing emotional wounds, and improving individual and relational functioning by fostering inner connection with the various parts of the mind.

I’ve worked in education and mental health for almost forty years, including more than a decade in residential treatment centers for adolescents and young adults. For the past 17 years, I’ve been in private practice. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and earned my doctorate in psychology at the University of Miami.
