Welcome to my website. I’m glad you’re here. If you’re looking for psychological help for yourself, a loved one, a friend, or for you and your partner or family, you’ve come to the right place.
I provide psychotherapy to individuals age 10 and older, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as to couples and families. Whether you're seeking relief from psychological symptoms or hoping to improve how you and your relationships function, we can work together toward meaningful change.
I’m licensed to work with clients residing in New York, Massachusetts, and, for telehealth only, in Florida.
People seek psychotherapy for many reasons — from persistent symptoms of depression or anxiety to relationship or family struggles, major life transitions or losses, chronic stress or illness, or a sense of being stuck in unhelpful patterns. Therapy can also support those seeking clarity, personal growth, change in important relationships or work, or a renewed sense of meaning and purpose in life. Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer insight, healing, and practical tools for moving forward.
I see clients Monday through Friday during standard business hours, both in person and through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
In our first meeting, I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. Together, we’ll begin identifying ways I can support you in reaching your goals. My hope is that you’ll leave that first session feeling more hopeful and more aware of and committed to the process of developing connections within your mind.
I believe therapy works best in a compassionate environment — one where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable and as open as possible. Choosing to begin therapy is a healthy risk, and it’s my responsibility to meet your courage with thoughtful attention, constructive guidance, and a process that supports psychological relief, healing, and development.
